Coretta Martin

Coretta Martin is a leader in K–12 education and technology, specializing in equitable and innovative approaches to AI integration in schools. With a background in leadership, pedagogy, and curriculum development, she has led transformative EdTech initiatives and supports districts in adopting AI responsibly.

She is the founder of IEP&Me, an AI-powered platform designed to improve the efficiency, collaboration, and compliance of special education services. As an education systems leader, Coretta has managed cross-functional teams and guided school and district leaders in aligning data, technology, and equity to improve student outcomes.

Her commitment to education is reflected in her own academic journey, with studies at Howard University, the University of Southern California, and Harvard University. Coretta’s work focuses on ensuring that AI and EdTech tools enhance, rather than exacerbate, inequities in education.
