Mehru Öztürk

Mehru Öztürk has over 26 years of experience in the civil society sector and is the General Manager and a founding trustee of the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation. She is also on the committee of Founder One, Turkey’s first impact investment fund, and co-founded The Good Factor, a company focused on transforming brands into agents of social change.

She is a founding trustee of Community Volunteers Foundation (TOG) and co-founded the Things project with Techsoup Europe to promote social innovation through technology. Mehru serves on various councils and initiatives, including:

  • Council of Women Entrepreneurship, Ministry of Technology and Industry of Türkiye
  • Council of Techno-Ventures, Ministry of Technology and Industry of Türkiye
  • European Women in VC
  • Leaders for Climate Change
  • EIT Food Council
  • UN & ITU AI For Good Initiative

Previously, she worked for the EU TACSO project, helping organize Turkey’s first International Social Entrepreneurship Conference and developing social entrepreneurship programs. Today, she continues to mentor and advise in national and international entrepreneurship initiatives, driven by her passion for innovation, youth empowerment, and social impact.
