Dhananjay Kumar

Dhananjay Kumar received his Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the The Institution of Engineers (India) in 1997. He earned a Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 1999, followed by a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Communication Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College (now Puducherry Technological University) in 2001. He was awarded a Ph.D. by Anna University in 2009 for his research on high-quality multimedia support in next-generation multi-carrier wireless mobile networks.
He is currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Anna University, MIT Campus, Chennai. Prof. Kumar has been actively associated with the ITU Kaleidoscope Academic Conference since 2009, contributing as a paper presenter, session chair, and Technical Programme Committee (TPC) member. His current research focuses on the application of AI and machine learning in healthcare and agriculture, as well as visual data analytics for live CCTV video streams.
