YUAN ZHANGDirector, Machine Vision Standardization and StrategyChina TelecomMs. Yuan Zhang is the Rapporteur of ITU-T Q12/16, focusing on standardization on video perception and intelligent analysis. Yuan is the co-chair of MPEG AhG VCM, focusing on video coding for machine vision and hybrid human and machine vision. Yuan is an expert in machine vision standardization and strategy department, China Telecom research institute, responsible for R&D, standards, products of machine vision. She is active in various standards fields and SDOs, including machine vision, VCM, AI, autonomous driving, video perception, video analysis, etc.
