When AI supports essential services, humanitarian programmes or public policy, organisations need more than a useful answer. They need evidence, clear rules and authority to act. Building on our first session’s independent knowledge store, this webinar explores the architecture needed to deliver Context, Control and Confidence.

We will show how to connect, enrich, model and govern information, then combine that foundation with retrieval-augmented generation, language models, APIs, MCP and workflow orchestration. Identity, deterministic rules and human approval control access and action, while monitoring and evaluation help teams assess outcomes.

Programme leaders, policymakers and technical teams will leave with a practical blueprint for a first implementation and build AI experiences that align with the core goals associated with the AI For Good’s foundational work with this evolving and rapidly changing technology.

      Participants will learn to:

      • Identify the components needed for Context, Control and Confidence.
      • Distinguish the roles of knowledge stores, models, agents and enforcement mechanisms.
      • Place evidence checks, permissions and human review within a workflow.
      • Define a first implementation with clear ownership and measurable service outcomes
