Vasil Yordanov
Vasil Yordanov obtained his BSc degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Structural Engineering and Architecture ‘Lyuben Karavelov’ Bulgaria in 2013, followed by a MSc degree in Civil Engineering for Risk Mitigation at Politecnico di Milano in 2016. Since March 2019 he is a PhD candidate at the ‘Vasil Levski’ National Military University, Bulgaria. He joined the GEOlab team of Politecnico di Milano as a research fellow in April 2019, where his main research activity is Earth Observation and GIS (Geographic Information System) in the domain of landslide hazard and forest dynamics.
