Upskill Academy Robotics Club

The Upskill Academy Robotics Club is a community-based robotics team from Zimbabwe, comprising of students from across the capital who share a passion and curiosity for technology, robotics and Artificial Intelligence. By blending their diverse strengths, the team embodies the power of collective effort and a shared determination to succeed.

They entered the AI for Good competition with a clear mission: to gain experience, collaborate, and challenge their own boundaries. The team emerged as winners of the local competition due to their innovative zeal and tireless dedication. As they prepare for the global finals, the team continues to iterate on their strategy, focusing on continuous improvement and carrying the spirit of Ubuntu—the belief that success and innovation are intricately tied to the togetherness and compassion towards the well-being of our community.

For this team, the journey is not solely about victory; it is about the pursuit of excellence and discovering exactly what they can achieve—together.
