Serges-Roberteau Tchoffo

Serges-Roberteau TCHOFFO started his journey in the development sector in 2013 as a Consultant at the National Institute of Statistics of Cameroon. Before joining UNDP Cameroon Accelerator Lab in 2022 as Head of Experimentation, he worked as a Technical Advisor at GIZ, a Technical Officer at IUCN, and a Cartography and GIS Database Manager at FODER (NGO). In terms of education, Roberteau holds an Academic Master’s Degree in Geography, a Professional Master’s Degree in Applied Cartography, Remote Sensing, and GIS from the University of Yaoundé I (Cameroon), and a Higher Certificate in Geomatics and Applications from the National School of Geographic Sciences (France).  He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMI/PMP®) and has also contributed to the publication of several papers and blogs as the main author or co-author on topics related to the integration of innovation and emerging technologies in development activities. He has a keen interest for AI and co-authored a blog in 2023 titled “How can Generative AI contribute to improving quality education and research to impact the development of Cameroon?“. Roberteau is very passionate about emerging technologies and innovation in general.
