Sarah Storelli
Sarah Storelli serves as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Program Marketing Leader of AWS EdStart, AWS GovTechStart, AWS Cloud Innovation Centers, AWS Digital Innovation, & AWS Innovation Studio. She is focused on creating & driving the marketing strategy for each program within AWS WWPS to advance tech for good in business & society. At the center of her work is a vigorous commitment to her customers, a bias for action, & relentlessly high standards.
Prior to AWS, Sarah served as IBM Program Director & Global Marketing Leader of Call for Code, the world’s largest tech for good initiative of its kind inspiring the worldwide developer community & problem solvers to use IBM tools & technologies to solve pressing societal & humanitarian issues. Reaching over 400,000 participants from 179 nations, she also led worldwide strategic partnerships, ecosystem marketing, external communications, & the underrepresented populations initiative within Call for Code. She additionally re-launched IBM Smarter Cities & Safer Planet businesses.
Sarah’s experience & passion has made her a trusted advisor to multiple start-ups, the youngest President of the Public Relations Society of America Silicon Valley Chapter, a three-time recipient of IBM Eminence & Excellence Award, & former Cal Poly President of the Bay Area Alumni Chapter & Associated Students, Inc. (i.e. student body president) as well as Alum of the Cal Poly College of Liberal Arts Dean’s Advisory Council & Architectural Engineering Department Advisory Board.
With a BA in English & Minor in Law & Society from Cal Poly, Sarah enjoys spending time with loved ones, focusing on advocacy efforts for mental health as well as women, girls, & the Arts in STEAM, traveling the globe, moving the market, & helping tilt the world in a more equitable direction.
