Sandrine Daniel

“Radar Consultant” with Capgemini since november 2011, Sandrine received the M.Sc. degree in signal processing and telecommunications at the University of Rennes 1, France in 2005 and the Ph. D. degree in radar remote sensing at the Institute of Electronics and Telecommunications of Rennes in 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, she was with the Office National d’Etudes et de Recherches Aérospatiales (ONERA), Salon de Provence, France, as a research engineering for the Centre d’Etudes Spatiales de la BIOsphère (CESBIO) for 11 months and then as a Post-doctoral Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales (CNES). She worked for the SAR processing, the database organization and the analysis of the TropiSAR campaign (A-phase BIOMASS Mission).

Since 2011, she is scientific expert in SAR radar at Capgemini. Her research specialty is interferometry and polarimetry of SAR image analysis from P to Ka-band for different media.

Since 2018, Sandrine is head of scientific expert team that includes experts in Earth Observation (Radar, Lidar, Optical) as well as thematicians such as meteorologists, climatologists, astrophysicists and Data Scientists specialized in applied mathematics, advanced statistics, AI models (ML/DL/RL/…). She is part of Perform AI – Capgemini Group AI & Analytics offering.
