Preeti Maurya

Dr. Preeti Maurya is a Ph.D. holder with over 10.4 years of extensive experience in program management, industrial R&D, and higher education, specializing in Robotics, AI, and advanced manufacturing processes. Currently serving as the Program Manager at the I-Hub Foundation for Cobotics (IHFC), the Technology Innovation Hub of IIT Delhi, India, she spearheads the development of structured Robotics, AI, and ML curricula while overseeing large-scale educator training and national skill-building competitions. Her role involves a significant focus on institutional excellence, where she directs academic audits for premier engineering institutions and implements modular pedagogical frameworks to ensure high-quality technical delivery.

She possesses a proven track record of leading high-profile Robotics competitions and hackathons, including the “Robotics for Good Youth Challenge India” in collaboration with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), and the Inter-school Robotics Competition (IRC) for CISCE. Her expertise in managing large-scale events also extends to the KV Hackathon, the Delhi Robotics League (DRL) for DBSE, and the Delhi Hackathon (DH) for DBSE. In these capacities, she manages the entire project lifecycle, from proposal writing and curriculum design to workshop logistics and coordinating with various academic and industrial partners to foster practical applications in the field.

Previously, she served as an R&D Researcher and Coordinator at Blackfrog Technologies, where she directed simulations for portable solar panel compatibility in strict accordance with WHO PQS guidelines. This role highlighted her expertise in regulatory compliance and quality assurance as she re-engineered product sub-assemblies to resolve critical technical issues. An accomplished researcher with 13 SCOPUS publications and a silver medal from her Master of Technology program, Dr. Maurya possesses advanced technical skills in MATLAB, MINITAB, and PowerBI for sophisticated data analysis and system optimization. She holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Karnataka, India, an M.Tech. from Integral University, U.P., India, and a B.Tech. from Gautam Buddha Technical University, U.P., India
