Lynette Tan

As Global Head of Marketing, Digital & Pricing for Shell Agriculture & Forestry. Lynette is responsible for crafting the marketing and pricing strategies for the business. Her current roles also see her paving the way for new product development to grow the business within the sector.

Prior to her current role, Lynette was the regional Head of Marketing, Asia for Shell Fleet Solutions where she was the force behind many strategy projects in key Asian markets, including developing a New Fleets strategy and leading local teams to collectively define the indirect channel strategy for the business. Her achievements also include launching new solutions to transform Shell from a traditional fuels business to providing integrated fleet management services for fleet customers. 

Lynette holds a Bachelor’s Degree with double majors in Economics and Actuarial Science from Singapore Management University. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, scuba diving and spending time with her family.
