Liya Yuan

Liya Yuan is a Senior Engineer at ZTE Corporation, dedicated to standardization research and open source development covering AI and telecommunication network convergence.

Deeply involved in ITU-T standardization initiatives, she works as a key editor for multiple Recommendations. She currently chairs WG4 of the ITU-T AI-Native Networks Focus Group and holds the position of Associate Rapporteur for SG13 Q18.

She also serves as Chair of the Technical Steering Committee for Adlik, an open-source AI project incubated under LF AI & Data Foundation, and is a member of the foundation’s Technical Advisory Committee.
