Kashish Jain

Kashish Jain is a 16-year-old Grade X student at Heritage International School, Gurgaon, and represents Generation Alpha, the first generation growing up in an AI-native world.

She has emerged as a young voice exploring how artificial intelligence is shaping learning, opportunity, and the future of work for her generation. Kashish delivered a spotlight talk titled “Gen AI: Views by Gen Alpha” at the GCC X Summit hosted by 3AI, addressing more than 300 leaders, technologists, educators, and policymakers.

She also completed an AI research internship with Analytics Vidhya, one of Asia’s largest AI and analytics communities with over four million members, where she researched emerging AI tools and helped create educational content to make AI concepts more accessible to wider audiences.

Kashish is the co-founder of Talent X (www.talentx.world), a youth-led initiative working with government schools and NGOs to help students develop foundational and emerging digital skills, including awareness and use of AI tools. The initiative has already reached more than 1,000 students. She has also received support from the International Baccalaureate (IB) Global Youth Action Fund to expand AI literacy among underserved children.

She is developing an AI-enabled concept called “My Child Will Study,” https://merabacchapadhega.org/, which explores how AI can simplify access to India’s Right to Education (RTE) admissions process. Kashish also spoke at the HIXS TEDx Youth Conclave on entrepreneurship after winning first prize at the IIT Roorkee Entrepreneurship Competition.

Recently, Kashish was selected for the “18 Under 18 – Future Global Leaders” Award, chosen by a panel of Harvard, Stanford GSB, and Yale graduates from hundreds of applicants across six continents.
