Jen Stave is currently the Launch Director for the Digital, Data, and Design Institute (D^3 Institute) at Harvard University. The D^3 Institute partners with organizations around the world to solve ambitious challenges within the areas of digital transformation, data science, and design thinking. Prior to joining Harvard Business School as the Launch Director for D^3 Institute, Jen was a Managing Director of Strategy and Operations for Wells Fargo’s Customer Excellence organization where she oversaw the development and scaling of AI/NLP data science competencies across all lines of business. Prior to Wells Fargo, Jen worked in senior roles in public research institutions, consulting, and academia progressing the effective use of data science and data assets to generate insights. Jen has a PhD in political science from American University in Washington DC. She has authored and co-authored dozens of peer reviewed articles and presented globally on leveraging data assets, including to the 2015 United Nations Congress in Doha, Qatar.
