Proudly representing Nepal, Everest Tech Thunder is a team of passionate young innovators united by a shared vision of using technology to create meaningful change. Inspired by Mount Everest, the highest peak in the world and a symbol of Nepal’s strength, resilience, and global identity, our team aims to elevate Nepal’s technological potential to the international stage. Just as Everest stands tall among the world’s mountains, we aspire to showcase the creativity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities of Nepali youth through robotics and artificial intelligence.
This year’s Robotics for Good Youth Challenge focuses on Food Security, a challenge that holds special significance for Nepal. As an agricultural nation, a large portion of our population depends on farming for their livelihood. However, farmers continue to face challenges such as labor shortages, inefficient resource management, unpredictable environmental conditions, and limited access to modern technology.
Through this competition, we seek to demonstrate how emerging technologies such as robotics, automation, sensors, and artificial intelligence can help transform agriculture into a smarter, more efficient, and sustainable sector. We believe that technology can support farmers in increasing productivity, reducing waste, optimizing resources, and improving food security for future generations.
Our team combines curiosity, teamwork, creativity, and technical skills to develop innovative solutions that address real-world agricultural challenges. Beyond representing Nepal, we hope to share a global message: technology is not only a tool for innovation but also a powerful force for improving lives and building a more food-secure future.
