Andrey Ochepovsky

As a Senior Public Affairs Manager at Kaspersky, Andrey Ochepovsky plans and facilitates company’s communication and cooperation with government stakeholders, relevant industry associations and NGOs, as well as international organizations including the UN and its agencies. He has an extensive record of expert contribution to and participation in UN-led ICT-related initiatives including the Ad Hoc Committee on Cybercrime, the Global Digital Compact, as well as represents Kaspersky as a Vice-Rapporteur in ITU-D Study Group 2 Question 3/2 (Securing information and communication networks: Best practices for developing a culture of cybersecurity). His major areas of expertise include cybersecurity and AI, supply chain cyber resilience and child online protection.

Before joining Kaspersky, Andrey Ochepovsky worked for Yandex, Presidential Executive Office, as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations (Higher School of Economics, Moscow), as well as a master’s degree in International Relations (Moscow State Institute of International Relations).
