Ana Iorga

Dr. Ana Iorga is a consumer neuroscientist and behavioural scientist whose current research examines how AI is reshaping human judgment, attention, and decision-making in individuals and organisations. A Medical Doctor with a PhD in Consumer Neuroscience, she has spent close to two decades applying neuroscience and behavioural science to the study of human choice.

She is the founder and Chief Neuroscientist of Buyer Brain, the consumer neuroscience firm she established to bring rigorous scientific methods to the study of customer experience and engagement, working with organisations across finance, insurance, consumer goods, retail, and automotive. The empirical methods that ground her commercial work also ground her analysis of how human cognition responds to AI-mediated environments.

Dr. Iorga co-edited Ethics in Neuromarketing, a foundational volume on the ethical questions raised when neuroscience is applied to influence human behaviour. She chaired the CXPA European Council and holds the CCXP certification. Her contributions have been recognised by the CX Stars Awards (Top 10), Advertising Week (Most Influential Women in Marketing), and the GRIT Future List Award. She has delivered keynotes at major conferences on nearly every continent, including Mobile World Congress Barcelona, the Neuromarketing World Forum, and Advertising Week.
