AI to the rescue: Revolutionizing cyber fraud detection, prevention and reporting

    Mobile phones have greatly transformed our lives, enhancing convenience and efficiency. Yet, the increase in mobile subscribers has also led to a rise in unauthorized multiple connections acquired by fraudsters using disguised photos and fake or forged documents. These fraudulent connections are then used to commit various cybercrimes, including impersonation, phishing, money extraction etc. To mitigate these frauds, it’s essential to identify and weed out such connections. In this talk we discuss the AI powered solutions to detect such fraudulent connections in the network thus combating cyber-crimes. The solution also shares the outcome with other platforms like banks, messaging platforms, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) for effectively mitigating fraudulent activities in an integrated manner.
