Tereza Horejsová

Dr Tereza Horejsová is an international policy professional and academic, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at Diplo in Geneva and as a Board Member of Diplo US. Active with Diplo since 2012, she has played a central role in advancing digital policy capacity building and fostering partnerships across governments, academia, and civil society. She previously coordinated regional cyber capacity building activities at the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise (GFCE), where she chaired the Working Group on Cybersecurity Culture and Skills.

Her academic background includes an MA in International Studies and a PhD in European Studies from Charles University. She has worked extensively on capacity development activities in digital policy, advocating for practical approaches to building skills and resilience in the digital era. Horejsová is also a member of the Internet Governance Forum’s Multistakeholder Advisory Group and the WSIS+20 Informal Multistakeholder Sounding Board, reflecting her leadership in global digital governance. Her career demonstrates a commitment to bridging academic expertise with practical policy solutions to strengthen international cooperation in the digital domain.
