Stevie Chancellor

Dr. Stevie Chancellor is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Minnesota. Her research combines approaches from human computer interaction and AI to build and critically evaluate human-centered systems, focusing on high-risk health behaviors in online communities. Her work has been featured in The Atlantic, Wired, Smithsonian Magazine, Gizmodo, and This Week in ML (TWiML) podcast. Dr. Chancellor recently received her doctorate in Human-Centered Computing from Georgia Tech and completed a postdoctoral appointment at Northwestern University.
