Stephen Mwanduka

Stephen Mwanduka is the Founder and Executive Director of STEAM Interactive Global, an organization dedicated to expanding access to practical, inclusive technology education across Africa. With a strong focus on underserved and crisis-affected communities, he leads the design and implementation of innovative learning programs in coding, robotics, and digital literacy for both educators and young learners.
He is the creator of the Toto-Tech Kit, a screen-free, play-based coding solution designed to build foundational numeracy, literacy, and computational thinking skills among early learners, including children with visual impairments. Stephen has also spearheaded national and regional initiatives such as teacher training programs, robotics bootcamps, and youth innovation challenges, equipping thousands of participants with future-ready skills. Through his work, he continues to champion equitable access to STEAM education and scalable, locally relevant solutions that empower the next generation of innovators. His work aligns with global efforts to advance digital inclusion, equitable education, and youth empowerment through technology.
