With a background in Mechanical Engineering and applied research, Rahul brings a practical, systems-based mindset to leadership development. He began his career in engineering before moving into consulting and executive education and has since designed and delivered programmes across five continents, working with both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations. His approach is grounded in developing a deep understanding of organisational context and culture, ensuring programmes directly improve leadership effectiveness and business performance. Rahul has a strong track record of working with organisations experiencing strategic change or resistance to new leadership expectations, helping leaders adopt new mindsets while sustaining performance standards.
