Pallavi Mahajan is a globally recognised technology and business leader with a proven record of incubating, building and scaling new ventures, converting frontier innovation into commercially resilient, market‑leading platforms. She drives growth by orchestrating open ecosystems, strategic partnerships and deep industry collaboration that have shaped platform economics and accelerated real-world adoption and durable value creation at scale.

Across her career, she has operated at the front edge of disruption, turning scientific breakthroughs into industry-defining shifts across datacenter infrastructure, AI, supercomputing and networking.

As Chief Technology and AI Officer at Nokia, Pallavi leads Nokia’s technology, AI and platform strategy as well as its strategic partnerships, defining Nokia’s roadmap, shaping its portfolio and driving the shift to AI-native networks. A named inventor on multiple US patents, Pallavi brings a global perspective shaped by leadership roles across Asia, Europe and North America at Intel, HPE and Juniper Networks.
