Mohamed Beriky

Mohamed Beriky is an Egyptian-born, Brazil-based film director and founder of Beriky Studios, working at the intersection of cinema, artificial intelligence, visual storytelling, and social impact. With over 15 years of experience across cinema, television, commercials, music videos, broadcast, and international visual production, his practice combines traditional filmmaking discipline with emerging AI-assisted creative workflows.

His background includes academic studies in social work, film directing, and advanced cinema studies, shaping a human-centered approach to storytelling grounded in emotion, ethics, symbolic structure, and cinematic craft. Alongside his creative work, he has held leadership roles in media and communications, contributed to the development and management of Sela TV in Saudi Arabia, and worked in film education and creative training, including as a filmmaking instructor in Türkiye and a film camp leader in Switzerland.

Through Beriky Studios, he develops director-led AI cinema that treats AI not as an author, but as a creative production medium guided by human intention and directorial vision. His recent AI-assisted films, music videos, and visual experiments have received international recognition from festivals, creative platforms, and film-related organizations.
