Kemisola Bolarinwa is the Founder and CEO of NextRobotics, a subsidiary of Nextwear Technologies, where she leads the development of innovative solutions at the intersection of robotics, embedded systems, and Medical technology. She is an inventor, robotics and embedded systems engineer, and entrepreneur dedicated to designing impactful, human-centered technologies that address real-world challenges. Her work spans innovation, product development, and applied research, with a strong focus on advancing technology-driven solutions in emerging markets.

Kemisola is the Founder of the Nigeria Innovative Hardware Society and currently serves as the President of Women in ICT, where she actively champions inclusion, mentorship, and capacity building for women and young people in technology. Through her leadership and advocacy, she continues to promote STEM education and innovation, contributing to the growth of a vibrant ecosystem of engineers and innovators in Nigeria and beyond.
