Juan Iván Martín Lataix is the Skills Digitalisation Specialist at the International Labour Organization (ILO), where he supports governments, social partners, and training institutions in advancing digital transformation and responsible AI adoption for skills development. With over two decades of international experience in strategy, innovation, and technology, he brings deep expertise in connecting frontier technologies with learning, work, and opportunity. He holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, with further executive education at MIT and IMD. Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, he works across multicultural environments and helps design the digital infrastructure for tomorrow’s skills systems, including trusted credentials, AI-powered skills intelligence, and lifelong learning platforms. His work aims to strengthen decent work, inclusion, and equitable growth.
