Jing Fang
Jing Fang is PhD from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, involved in research projects of privacy-preserving computation and blockchain application in the fields of finance, government affairs, medical care, energy etc. She deeply participated in the anti–fraud project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, led the research on electric power, participated in the preparation of research reports and white papers of CAICT, financial institutions, telecom operators and other institutions, also participated in establishing local standards on public data and intelligent connected vehicle.
