Jiaying Meng

Jiaying Meng is the AI Readiness consultant at ITU. Her work focuses on the ITU AI Readiness Framework which aims to capture the benefits of integrating AI in various domains by adopting a bottom-up approach.

She holds a master’s degree at the Geneva Graduate Institute 2024, where she specializes in international development studies, with a keen focus on sustainable trade and finance. Prior to this, Jiaying pursued her bachelor’s degree at China Foreign Affairs University, with a specific focus on diplomacy and foreign affairs management. This academic background enriched her understanding of global dynamics and nurtured her passion for international development.
