Jakob Pörschmann

Jakob leads AI Solutions at Black Forest Labs, the team behind FLUX. He works with customers to bring BFL’s frontier image models into production for real-world use cases at scale. In fashion, his team pioneered BFL’s virtual try-on work, partnering with leading retailers and e-commerce platforms. Aim is to take FLUX-powered try-on from prototype to production, enabling real-time, sub-second generation and high-fidelity garment and model consistency across millions of product combinations.
He also works directly with some of the world’s leading creative studios and fashion brands to understand their production flows and accelerate their work. His vision for AI in the creative industries: AI is nothing without the creatives. It doesn’t replace taste. It makes great creatives more powerful, and the craft itself accessible to far more people.

Before BFL, he was an ML Engineer at Google.
