Jacqueline Kucera

Dr. Jacqueline Kucera is CEO and Founder of SO Coach Leadership, where she advises organisations, leadership teams and institutions on AI governance, leadership and responsible transformation. Her work focuses on how organisations can adopt artificial intelligence while preserving trust, human judgment, accountability and strategic decision-making.

She is currently a Visiting Research Fellow at the Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies (III), University of Tokyo, where her research examines AI governance, leadership and trust in Japanese organisations.

Jacqueline has worked for more than 20 years in government, public administration and parliamentary institutions, including as former Head of the Parliamentary Library of the Swiss Federal Parliament. In this role, she led knowledge, research, data and digital transformation functions in a highly sensitive democratic environment.

She holds a PhD in Social Sciences and combines expertise in social science, data science, law and public administration. As a speaker, lecturer and advisor, she works at the intersection of AI, institutional leadership, trust, human judgment and organisational change and sovereign development for AI-tools and LLMs.
