Flavia Donno

Dr. Flavia Donno is a technology executive, data architect, and digital transformation leader whose career bridges world-class scientific research and global finance. She began her journey at Fermilab in the United States and later worked at CERN in Switzerland, gaining firsthand experience in international, data-driven environments at the forefront of scientific discovery.

Today, she leads large-scale AI, Data Science, and digital transformation initiatives in the financial sector, drawing on leadership experience at Credit Suisse and UBS, where she currently works. She has also built and led innovation teams across Switzerland, Poland, and India, driving technology-enabled growth and transformation.

A mathematician, technology leader, and mother of two, Flavia is the co-founder and Vice President of Girls Can Code. Passionate about expanding opportunities for girls in STEM, she is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and leaders.
