Emma Gaëtan is a Canadian-American-Swiss professional based in Switzerland, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, business strategy, and innovation.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and currently works as an Account Manager at a leading global technology company, where she helps organizations drive growth through AI and data-driven decision-making, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships.

Beyond her professional role, Emma serves as AI Literacy Lead at Young AI Leaders Zurich, where she is dedicated to advancing AI education and fostering responsible AI adoption among students, professionals, and future leaders. Her work focuses on making artificial intelligence accessible, practical, and human-centered, empowering individuals and organizations to leverage emerging technologies effectively and responsibly.

Emma is particularly interested in the intersection of human creativity and artificial intelligence, exploring how AI can augment innovation, enhance problem-solving, and create positive societal impact. Through her research, professional experience, and community engagement, she advocates for a future in which AI serves as a catalyst for learning, collaboration, and inclusive growth.
