Chang Ho Yoon

Chang Ho is a doctor training in Infectious Diseases and General Internal Medicine. He is currently a Wellcome Trust Ph.D. Scholar at Oxford University’s Big Data Institute (Nuffield Department of Population Health), where he is supervised by Professors David Eyre and Sarah Walker. His research interests include the application of machine learning and statistical prediction models to study individual patient responses to infection and the impact of antibiotic resistance. Additionally, he investigates the use of AI on whole-genome sequences for predicting antibiotic resistance and works closely with bioethicists to explore the ethical implications of AI in healthcare.
