Apostolos Symeonidis

Apostolos Symeonidis

Apostolos Symeonidis is a Greek engineer and Technology Policy researcher working at the intersection of AI governance, data sovereignty, and digital infrastructure. Based in Paris and trained in both engineering and public policy, he treats the technical and institutional dimensions of emerging technology as inseparable. He has contributed to the work of the OECD, NATO, Amnesty International, and the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is currently part of the ITU’s AI and Multimedia Authenticity Standards Collaboration, working on the governance of AI-generated content at a moment when questions of provenance and trust have never mattered more. His approach to technology is rooted in John Wesley’s conviction: do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can.
