Anoop Sharma

Anoop Sharma is an evaluation professional at the Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE) of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). He has more than seven years of experience across the United Nations system, having worked with IFAD, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), supporting organizational preparedness, operational assessments, and data-driven analysis for evidence-based decision-making. At IOE, Anoop leads the integration of the Office’s AI strategy into evaluation processes, advancing the responsible use of artificial intelligence to enhance the quality, efficiency, and learning value of evaluations. He holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering for Risk Mitigation from Politecnico di Milano, Italy.
