Anna G. Green

Anna G. Green is a computational biologist who loves to think about microbial evolution and inform computational models with biological data. After completing her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology at University of Connecticut, Anna did her Ph.D. at Harvard University developing computational methods to predict protein interactions based on coevolution. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow in Maha Farhat’s lab at Harvard Medical School, where she develops computational methods to predict antibiotic resistance and infer the effect of selection on Mycobacterium tuberculosis genomes.
