Dennis Chornenky

Dennis Chornenky is an internationally recognized leader in enterprise AI for healthcare and national security. He has held senior roles spanning the White House, UnitedHealth Group, the University of California, and Morgan Stanley.

At the White House, he served as Senior Advisor and Presidential Innovation Fellow, shaping AI policy across two administrations and contributing to the Executive Order on Trustworthy AI. As Chief AI Officer at UnitedHealth Group, he built enterprise AI governance and oversaw a broad portfolio of clinical and operational AI products. Dennis has deployed hundreds of enterprise AI solutions and advised technology companies, health systems, universities, and government agencies.

A sought-after speaker and advisor on AI governance and adoption, his insights appear in Forbes, Bloomberg, and Politico. Dennis holds degrees from MIT, Harvard, Oxford, and UC Berkeley.
