Natalie Pierce

Natalie Pierce leads the World Economic Forum’s youth strategy as Head of the Global Shapers Community, a network of more than 10,000 innovators, entrepreneurs, and young experts driving positive change in over 500 cities around the world.

Since joining the Forum in 2016, Natalie has worked across strategic communications, programme design, impact strategy, and community-building. She previously led programming for the Forum’s Foundations across all major events, including the Annual Meeting in Davos, supporting the Global Shapers Community and Forum of Young Global Leaders – two global platforms dedicated to unlocking the potential of emerging leaders. Today, Natalie leads youth engagement across the Forum’s ecosystem and oversees the Youth Pulse Report, the Forum’s flagship publication on the signals and trends emerging from the next generation that will shape the future of industries, economies, and societies.

Before joining the Forum, Natalie worked with the United Nations Office at Geneva and Teach For Canada. She holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and completed her undergraduate studies at Huron University.
