Pascal Mayer

Pascal Mayer is a French entrepreneur, artificial intelligence pioneer, and CEO & co-founder of Alphanosos, a biotechnology company combining AI and experimental biology to discover breakthrough therapeutics inspired by nature. Over the past decade, he has led the development of a proprietary discovery platform that has generated patented innovations with clinical and commercial applications in infectious diseases, dermatology, oncology, neurology, and rare diseases.

Before founding Alphanosos, Pascal created several technology companies and has long championed the use of AI to address major societal challenges. The scientific work enabled by Alphanosos has contributed to breakthroughs recognized by the international scientific community, including achievements associated with the Breakthrough Prize, the Canada Gairdner International Award, and the Princess of Asturias Award.

Pascal also serves as Honorary Chair of the University of Strasbourg Institute for Advanced Study, Affiliated Professor at the University of Strasbourg and ISIS, and member of the Development Advisory Committee of the Xuemin Institute for Advanced Studies at Fudan University in Shanghai.

His current mission is to harness AI and biological complexity to accelerate healthcare innovation, strengthen preparedness against emerging health threats, and unlock new therapeutic opportunities for diseases beyond the reach of conventional drug discovery.
