Kabelo is passionate about harnessing the great potential of AI to improve the lives of people locally, regionally, and internationally. His expertise stems from a highly technical background with hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, mathematics, and programming. This is further complemented by leadership skills developed through working on projects with coursemates from diverse backgrounds at university.

Kabelo’s proficiency in AI is supported by the successful completion of five certifications from Coursera, offered by the leading AI Educational Company, DeepLearningAI. With a great interest in building products that make the world a better place, Kabelo is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and Industrial Instrumentation at Botswana International University of Science and Technology. 

Driven by a passion for applying AI to solve real-world problems, Kabelo now oversees the Gaborone Hub. His goal is to equip young people through the AI For Good initiative with both technical skills in AI and essential soft skills, such as leadership and ethics, enabling them to make a positive impact on the world.

In 2004, when she was 9 years old, with the help of her mother, she co-organized her first humanitarian aid by supporting more than 400 kids in Beslan and their families after a terroristic attack in the school.

After she got kidnapped her motivation to engage for community developed grow even further. By listening to what is around her, she discovers the voices of people and what is hidden in the world. Curiosity, questioning, and courage.
Her past few years have been a journey of constant discovery for answers about humanity and its essence. Peace engagement in Pakistan, being with Tuaregs in the Algerian desert, researching social engagement in Jordan, observing social development of the Republic of Dagestan, facilitating Community Development in a Fijian village, supporting village Poland on the Pacific Ocean, learning from Australian First Nation’s Elders and speaking at multiple international events as the beginning.

Since 2015 Kamila is Member of the Board Poland Helps Poland – an organization providing humanitarian aid and supporting community development of village Poland on the Pacific Ocean.
Since 2016 she is founder and president of Alimuradova Organisation – an organization that supports youth empowerment and community development, having empathy and trust at the core of building our society.
Since 2018 she is Member of the Assosiation Stanislawa Wyspianskiego – supporting youth empowerment in Poland, giving each year a scholarship.
In 2020 her humanitarian photography has been recognized and showcased during the Swiss Photo Club Exhibition in Humanit’Art

Djoumessi Woumpe Kevin is the Regional Lead of the AI for Good community, where he promotes the use of artificial intelligence for the common good. A Master’s student in data science, machine learning, and deep learning, he combines advanced expertise in algorithms with a strategic vision focused on innovation and societal impact. Convinced that AI can be a powerful tool for addressing global challenges, he is actively involved in researching and implementing solutions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Passionate about innovation management, Kevin aspires to move into leadership roles, where he can combine technical expertise with strategic vision to drive high-impact projects. His commitment to education is evident in his role as a teacher, where he mentors the next generation of young talent.

His ability to unite talent and lead artificial intelligence projects with a social impact makes him a key player in the AI for Good ecosystem. He firmly believes that AI, when used ethically and responsibly, can play a crucial role in solving the societal and environmental challenges of the 21st century. Kokouvi Aményo Dogoe (Joachim) is a development project manager, strategic planning specialist, and organizational governance professional with over three years of experience in coordinating and providing technical assistance for impact social projects. Currently serving as Technical Advisor/Assistant at PADIE Services Afrique Sarl, he plays a crucial role in institutional relations, project development, and resource mobilization for local development.
Holding a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Development Project Management and a Higher Technician Certificate in Local Development Facilitation, Joachim Dogoe is currently pursuing a Master’s in Governance and Organizational Management at the Institute for Training and Research for Sustainable Development (IFORDD) in Lomé. His expertise spans humanitarian project cycles, monitoring and evaluation, advocacy, and local diplomacy.
Passionate about inclusion, sustainable development, and the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, Joachim Dogoe actively contributes to initiatives that protect young people, promote gender equality, and enhance climate resilience. As a United Nations Volunteer, he is involved in strategic planning missions and capacity-building efforts for local governments and civil society organizations. His interest in AI drives him to explore how technology can optimize governance, strengthen decision-making, and foster innovative, data-driven solutions for social impact.

Leonard Boma is currently a software engineering intern at Dreamm Connect, immersing himself in innovative projects that enhance user experiences. His ongoing role allows him to refine his development skills while collaborating with a creative team. Leonard’s passion for problem-solving drives him to develop solutions that are both functional and transformative.

He has also participated in hackathons, including the Huawei AppCube and Zoho challenges focused on low-code building technologies. These events showcased his ability to rapidly develop efficient applications and embrace emerging technologies that streamline development processes.

Previously, as an electronics and computer engineering student, Leonard interned at Ngong Wind Farm and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. At Ngong Wind Farm, he worked on electronic controls to optimize turbine operations in sustainable energy systems. His time at the airport involved maintaining critical electronic systems essential for operations, from navigational aids to security protocols.

These experiences have shaped Leonard into a versatile engineer who integrates software development with electronics. His ongoing projects and hackathon participation underscore his commitment to leveraging technology for meaningful impact. Lízia is currently pursuing a PhD in neuroscience at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, specializing in data analysis, bioinformatics, and machine learning, with a focus on modeling brain organoid systems to advance our understanding of neurological diseases. Her academic background in Engineering Physics provided her with a robust analytical skill set and interdisciplinary expertise, enabling her to bridge the fields of engineering and neuroscience. By leveraging AI-driven tools, Lízia continues to push the boundaries of computational and biological research, combining innovation with real-world impact.

However, this dedication to impactful solutions extends beyond the lab. Since high school, Lízia has shown a deep commitment to fostering collaboration and contributing to a cohesive global community. Her active participation in political and policy discussions at the European level, particularly through multiple sessions of the European Youth Parliament, sharpened her ability to engage in interdisciplinary and multicultural dialogues. These experiences laid the foundation for her effective communication and leadership, which she further honed in her role as Communication Manager for the World Bioenergy Association. Since 2021, she has been instrumental in raising awareness of sustainable energy solutions and promoting international cooperation on renewable energy policies, demonstrating her ability to translate technical expertise into global advocacy.

This seamless integration of scientific innovation and social engagement defines Lízia’s professional and personal pursuits. Louis is a student with a focus on machine learning and quantum information systems, driven by a desire to make emerging technologies more accessible and beneficial for all. Based in Geneva, he dedicates much of his time to empowering others in his community, especially curious newcomers.

While still completing his degree, Louis offers machine learning workshops that aim to demystify AI concepts and promote learning. His teaching approach emphasizes collaborative problem-solving and ethical considerations, reflecting his belief that innovation should serve both local and global communities. By creating a welcoming environment for open dialogue, Louis encourages attendees to explore AI with confidence and a sense of shared responsibility.

Outside the classroom, Louis actively follows policy discussions and legislative efforts to guide the responsible development of AI. As a participant in the Young AI Leaders Community, Louis collaborates with peers and mentors to nurture sustainable, forward-thinking practices in advanced technology. By bridging academic research and policy work, he hopes to ensure that AI’s growing capabilities benefit everyone in Geneva and ultimately, society at large.

Luis Alejandro Pebe Muñoz is a graduate of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), with a focus on international law and human rights. He completed the PUCP International Program in Barcelona with Pompeu Fabra University, where he studied globalization, international business, and global issues. Luis is fluent in English (Advanced, certified with FCE) and intermediate in Portuguese. Currently, he is a Legal Assistant at the PUCP Institute of Democracy and Human Rights (IDEHPUCP), working on research related to business, human rights, indigenous peoples, and climate change. He is also a member of the Interdisciplinary Research Group on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law at PUCP and won the 2024 PUCP Law Student Colloquium with his article on the need for non-repetition guarantees for the LGBTIQ+ community in the context of hate crimes during the internal armed conflict. Luis has contributed to the Columbia Law School report on the Inter-American Court of Human Rights’ advisory opinion on climate change. He is also a teaching assistant for various courses at PUCP, including Public International Law and Human Rights. Furthermore, during his time at university, served as a member of the Board of Directors of the THĒMIS Civil Association, as well as the Board of Directors of both the Human Rights Team and the Environmental Law Team at PUCP. Additionally, Luis has published over 20 articles on international law, human rights, and climate litigation across multiple platforms, including IDEHPUCP, Enfoque Derecho, the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law, and the Refugee Law Initiative.
