Yury Balega
Balega Yury has achieved numerous honors, including being awarded the National Medal of Merit in 1999, the National Prize in Science and Technology in 2003, the Russian Medal of Science and Technology Honor in 2010, and the 2014 Russian National Medal of “Work Devotion”.
