Valérie Abrell Duong is a game-changing and visionary Leader with extensive international experience in Health Care, Retail, Consumer Package Goods and Humanitarian.

She started at Procter&Gamble in software development, then focused on new business models and pioneered eCommerce and Digital Marketing for global love brands such as Pampers, Gillette, SK-II or Ariel. In 2009, she took a broadening assignment at HP as a disruptive innovation advisor to large accounts. In 2010, she came back to P&G to head IT & Digital for Europe Middle East and Africa and create a competitive advantage in digital business, growing eCommerce & Digital engagement at scale. In 2016, Valérie joined Sanofi as CIO and head of Digital Transformation for the Diabetes & Cardio-vascular division and mature markets. She promoted new ways of working, injecting an entrepreneurial spirit to advance technology and datadriven innovations such as multichannel Marketing services, patient support programs or digital therapeutics. In 2021, she served as an advisor and business angel for startups in Healthcare, tech and sustainability. In 2022, she joined the International Committee of the Red Cross. As one of the 7 members of the directorate, she is responsible for Support and Digital Transformation leading Finance, Logistics, IT, Shared Services and the digital transformation of the ICRC to maximise its humanitarian impact around the world.

Valérie has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from CentraleSupélec. She strives to create a collaborative and stimulating environment in which people are free to express their creativity, be bold and have an impact
