Taiga Inagaki

I am a Sales Manager at AironWorks, a Tokyo-based cybersecurity company building AI-powered systems that protect people and organizations from phishing and social-engineering attacks. Founded in 2021, AironWorks today safeguards more than 120,000 users across some of Japan’s largest enterprises in finance, retail, and critical infrastructure.

At AironWorks, I lead enterprise sales and serve as the bridge between Japanese customers and the company’s international engineering team in Israel and Ukraine, translating real-world security needs into product direction. His mission aligns with the spirit of AI for Good: making powerful, AI-driven protection accessible to organizations of every size. AironWorks uses generative AI to deliver realistic phishing-simulation and security-education programs in more than ten languages, focusing on “human risk” so that people of any background can make safer decisions.

I am helping guide AironWorks’ evolution toward “AI for Resilience,” extending its mission beyond cybersecurity into business continuity and societal resilience. He believes the same technologies behind today’s most sophisticated threats can, if used responsibly, become humanity’s strongest defense. Working daily across Japanese and English, he is passionate about building trust between the people who design AI and those who depend on it.
