Suzanne Connolly is the Chief of Technology Services at OCHA, providing strategic leadership for technology services, digital transformation, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, field connectivity, and technology governance across a global humanitarian organization. In this role, she oversees initiatives that strengthen operational resilience, modernize technology services, and ensure technology investments align with organizational priorities.

With extensive experience in information systems and technology management, she has led the standardization of ICT services, expansion of secure connectivity solutions across field operations, implementation of enterprise technologies, and development of governance frameworks that improve accountability, efficiency, and service delivery.
