Sport Grounds 4 Future (SG4F) is a non-profit organisation headquartered in Geneva that implements community-driven infrastructure programmes across the Global South in collaboration with local communities and strategic partners. Through sport infrastructure that brings people together in community hubs, SG4F transforms underserved land into resilient and inclusive ecosystems, where infrastructure acts as a catalyst for local job creation, access to green energy, water, agriculture, and broader economic activity.

Working for the community and with the community, SG4F ensures that local stakeholders are actively involved from early design through to implementation and long-term operation. The Level Up model delivers measurable impact through inclusion, economic empowerment, environmental resilience and technological access.

Supported by a digital operating model delivered with specialised partners, SG4F ensures that field-level data is captured, structured and managed in a transparent and auditable way, providing stakeholders with real-time insight into both operations and impact.

Through its flagship initiative, Level Up Senegal, SG4F is establishing its first site in Tuabou in Eastern Senegal, laying the foundations for a scalable model of community-led development designed to be replicated across regions.
