Sergey Dutov is a business development director of Skolkovo Foundation, the biggest startup hub of Russia. He is the founder of a Global Challenge initiative that aims to promote Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) among the hi-tech community. He develops and executes open innovations initiatives of Skolkovo Industrial Partners and connects them with startups. Being the first citizen of the Skolkovo Innovation Centre campus, he builds a sustainable ecosystem for hi-tech development and commercialization. Sergey is responsible for R&D facilities of IT corporations and leads international projects.
