Rana Taher

Rana Taher is a manager and innovation strategist focused on climate tech, impact-driven entrepreneurship, and founder development across the Middle East and Africa. At C3 – Companies Creating Change, she leads high-impact accelerator programs in partnership with HSBC, supporting climatetech startups and women returning to the workforce through practical, applied learning and tailored capacity-building.

Rana specializes in designing accelerator curricula, driving founder readiness, and strengthening corporate–startup collaboration. With a background in chemical engineering and experience across innovation ecosystems, she is passionate about expanding access to climate solutions, human potential, and enabling infrastructure, across the region.
