Noelia Martínez Huerga

Noelia Martínez Huerga works at the Digital Policies Secretariat and is in charge of international projects and the DETA Alliance at the Generalitat, Catalan government. She coordinates and manages cross-cutting projects in environments where emerging technologies and digital innovation are strategic for the ecosystem’s growth and cohesion.
She has international experience in marketing and sales at market research agencies such as Forrester and Nielsen, conducting studies to support decision-making across sectors including IT, banking, FMCG, HORECA, perfumery, and logistics. Currently, she works on public projects focused on technologies in the service of education, entrepreneurs, and citizens at both local and international levels.
