Namir Hourani is the Managing Director of UAE-based Global MICE Organisation Limited (GMOLx Events), an international events and advisory company specialising in the development and delivery of high-impact global platforms that convene governments, international organisations, industry leaders, and innovators to address some of the world’s most pressing challenges and emerging opportunities.

With extensive experience in event strategy, business development, and brand positioning, Namir has led the creation and growth of major international initiatives spanning infrastructure, autonomous mobility, advanced manufacturing, sports technology, health and wellbeing, and community engagement. He has built a strong reputation for developing purpose-driven platforms that foster collaboration, accelerate partnerships, and deliver tangible economic and societal impact.

Through the delivery of DRIFTx and the launch of the Autonomous X Mobility (AXM) Congress, Namir has played a leading role in developing international platforms focused on the future of mobility, bringing together policymakers, regulators, technology companies, mobility operators, investors, and innovators to accelerate dialogue and collaboration around autonomous, connected, electric, and AI-powered transportation.

The GMOLx portfolio includes advisory and execution work related to the Autonomous X Mobility (AXM) Congress, the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS), DRIFTx, the Global Manufacturing and Industrialisation Summit (GMIS), LEVEL UP Sports Tech Expo, World Padel Tour Abu Dhabi Masters, and a range of international forums delivered in partnership with the United Nations, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), and government entities worldwide.
